The Balance Board can be enjoyed by both older children (+7) and adults alike. Balancing yourself on the board will increase your core strength and focus. Place your feet at both ends of the board, bend your knees slightly and see how long you can stay stable on the board. Then challenge your friends! It is advised to supervise children between 7 and 9 and help them until they find their balance and confidence.
The board is made from Baltic birch plywood and finished in its natural color, with navy blue or walnut brown wood stain.
The roll is made of Beech wood and finished with a soft layer to avoid slipping or damaging tiles/parquet.
